Sprouted Nut Muesli

This sprouted nut muesli makes a very filling raw food breakfast. I actually eat it at any time of the day. The almonds, raisins and goji berries can be soaked overnight.

1 cup soaked almonds
1 cup brazil nuts
1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds
3 grated apples
1 cup soaked goji berries
1 cup soaked raisins
pinch of sea salt (optional)

  1. Crumble the almonds and brazil nuts in a food processor and then place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the grated apples, sunflower seeds, goji berries and raisins. Sprinkle the sea salt, if desired.
  3. Mix well.

You can eat this muesli with almond milk. I don't particularly like it so I use coconut milk or soya milk. For coconut milk I use Dr Martin's coco milk.
