Recommended Supplements

This list of recommended supplements originated from Gabriel Cousens, a medical practitioner and holistic practitioner for more than 40 years. It is not necessary to acquire all the products. I personally use Magnesium, digestive enzymes, probiotics, Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C. Please remember to consult with your doctor before taking these recommended supplements especially if you are taking pharmaceutical drugs.


Magnesium is an essential nutrient in the cellular synthesis of proteins and carbohydrates and the subsequent production of lean muscle tissue. Deficiencies of Magnesium produce symptoms of frequent migraine headaches, muscle cramping and constipation.

Green Tea

Eliminates toxins such as heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, ionising radiation , viral particles and other damaging molecules and then eliminates them from the body through the gastro-intestinal tract. By trapping excess protons they help alkalize the body, raising immunity and disease-resistance.

Aloe Vera Juice

Aloe vera juice provides support for the intestines, urinary tract, immune system, joints, tissues and mucous membranes. It also cleanses the lymphatic system. Make sure it's from a reliable source.

Iodine Supplement

Iodine is an extremely essential nutrient which promotes the production of thyroid hormones. It is also a potent lymphatic cleanser. Symptoms of iodine deficiency include goiters, hypo- as well as hyperthyroidism. Iodine helps strengthen, regulate and protect the thyroid and pineal glandular secretions from harmful radiations. Iodoral tablets seem to be the most popular. Do not confuse the supplement with Iodine tincture, which should not be taken internally.


Probiotics inhibit the activity of harmful bacteria and protect the body from toxicity. Over time, they promote the growth of good bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract.

Vitamin C

In addition to its antioxidant properties, Vitamin C promotes wound healing and it protects the cardiac and immune systems. It is said to prevent or reduce the effects of certain infections such as the common cold.
